The musician and musicologist Torbjörn Ericson, born 1961 in Sweden, had
his most productive and excessive period working on paper between the
age of 6 and 11, in which he familiarised himself with the graphical and
technical rules of the Disneyan comic and film cosmos, studying anything
from logos to animation. He produced metre upon metre of comic strips
and two animated cartoons on 8mm film,which won several prizes in
Sweden.
During the first exhibition of his early works in summer 2006 at Galerie
inges, Berlin, he accompanied ”Hansel and Gretel“ and ”Little Red Riding
Hood“ on keyboard with his own compositions, which he later rearranged
for this VCD edition.
